About

Since first graduating in 2006 from the University of Strathclyde and then qualifying as a chartered Architect in 2011, I have worked with several leading Scottish architectural practices, including a role with award winning Edinburgh based practice Morgan McDonnell Architecture. Throughout this period I have worked within a number of sectors including involvement in residential, commercial, justice, education and master planning projects.

In 2014, I took the opportunity to start my own practice DS Architecture on the back of a growing number of private projects. With an ambition to provide the best standard of design to suit all my clients individual needs, I am continually striving to take on new and interesting projects and work with equally adventurous people.

The architectural philosophy is founded on simplicity, sustainability and innovation.

I am registered with the Architect’s Registration Board and am a chartered member of the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland.
